The recent successful delivery of new customer sample order is proof of Seaflower's breakthrough progress in the new track.
On July 22, 2025, Seaflower held an internal summary and optimization review meeting, as well as a commendation conference for the delivery of new customer. Attendees included Group GM Jinny Chen, Senior Advisor Tai Xiaoqin, GM of Seaflower Machinery and installation Wang Xiaobing and Seaflower Heavy Industry Jerry Qiu, and VGM of Marine Dave Zhang.
This meeting comprehensively reviewed the entire process of striving from technological breakthroughs to smooth delivery, systematically sorted out experience and achievements, commended advanced teams and individuals, and made arrangements for the next stage of work, laying a solid foundation for the efficient delivery of subsequent batches of products.

At the meeting, the team analyzed and summarized the key and difficult points in the development and production of new products one by one. Gao Bing (Steel Workshop 1 Director) and Wu Zhi (Steel Workshop 6 Director) shared challenges and solutions in production; The project manager and technical personnel conducted a thorough review of the project, ultimately forming standardized workflow documents and quality control process plans, distributed to all workshops for reference and kept on file, establishing a systematic system of operational norms.

The meeting specially commended the team and individuals who made outstanding contributions in key aspects of the project, including workshop directors Mr. Gao and Mr. Wu, project manager Jason, quality engineer Mr. Ji, and technical engineer Oliver Huo, inspiring everyone to strive forward with the power of role models.

At the end of the meeting, Jinny Chen said ”The first batch of deliveries is just the starting point, we need to make every cooperation an industry benchmark. ” She also pointed out that all Seaflower staff should put more effort to make Seaflower a greater success.
